Section 70
Can make regulations, guidelines and procedures

(1) The fund may make regulations related to financial and personnel administration for carrying out financial and administrative work.
(2) Subject to this Act or the rules or regulations made under this Act, the Fund may make guidelines and procedures as required.
(3) The regulations as per sub-section (1) or the guidelines or procedures as per sub-section (2) shall be applicable after being approved by the Ministry.
